About the role

The Franchise Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business revenue by prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities within an assigned territory. This role focuses on acquiring new franchise dealer customers through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and effective pipeline management. The Business Development Executive partners closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of new accounts and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Sell products and/or services to customers then transition account to an Account Executive for ongoing service and growth.
  • Develop and pursue sales leads within assigned territory, defined by geographic area, industry, or product/service segment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and/or services.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts and provide ongoing support.
  • Execute sales strategy and identify new opportunities/leads.
  • Leverage the extended team to succeed and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of successful sales experience; software or ad-tech sales is ideal.
  • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment track record with a continuous desire to win.
  • A strong business acumen, with a desire to drive results.
