Compensation
$84,000 - $100,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commissions monthly and quarterly, and car and phone allowance as per below)
$550/month car allowance
$75/month phone allowance

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in operations management, franchise support, or business coaching
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
- Conversational English and Spanish
- Experience in the commercial cleaning or service industry
- A knack for sales and service quoting
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn
