About the Role
Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in our Aspen, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Washington DC, Minneapolis, or New Jersey office to join the global Franchise and Distribution Practice.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters
- Franchise experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential
Practice Description
The Franchise & Distribution Practice at Greenberg Traurig advises leading and emerging brands on the development, expansion, and operation of franchise, licensing, and distribution networks in the United States and around the world. Associates work on sophisticated transactional matters, including franchise program development, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, international expansion strategies, and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions. The practice serves clients across numerous industries and jurisdictions, offering significant opportunities for direct client contact and exposure to complex transactions.
Pay
- Denver and Aspen: $215,000-$265,000
- Chicago: $250,000-$300,000
- Minneapolis: $215,000-$285,000
- Washington D.C.: $260,000-$365,000
- New Jersey: $215,000-$240,000
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
