Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Franchise Administrator Specialist to support high-volume franchise agreement processing.

About the role

This administrative position focuses on data entry, document preparation, and quality control across multiple systems to ensure all franchise agreements and entity records are accurate, complete, and finalized on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage franchise transfer transactions following initial intake by another team.
  • Handle multiple active agreements tied to various locations and closing timelines.
  • Track progress from document creation through final execution.
  • Draft and prepare agreements using templates and standardized processes.
  • Create agreements for multiple locations under a single ownership group.
  • Distribute and manage documents through DocuSign.
  • Review completed documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ensure names, titles, and entity details match system records exactly.
  • Confirm all required approvals and signatures are completed; issue corrections and follow up as needed.
  • Collect and verify business and ownership information from incoming parties.
  • Ensure correct ownership structures are reflected across all documentation.
  • Work heavily within document management systems and internal databases.
  • Navigate multiple platforms throughout the day in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Communicate with external partners to gather required documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
  • Support overall workflow through consistent tracking and updates.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in franchising, franchise operations, or supporting franchise owners.
  • Experience working with agreements, including managing multiple versions and completing structured templates.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to thrive in accuracy-driven environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and follow through to completion.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with external stakeholders, including franchise owners/operators.
  • Experience with franchise systems, onboarding processes, or ownership transfers preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-unit businesses strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and tracking skills.

Pay

$26–$27.78 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
