Responsibilities
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Enforce compliance with all project procedures, safety program requirements, and work rules.
- Retain a current working knowledge of the Certificate of Occupancy process in communities where performing work.
- Ensure construction activities progress according to a pre-determined schedule.
- Work directly with all subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality control, cost control, and adherence to the construction schedule.
- Complete punch list items in a time frame consistent with the customer's requirements and the project budget.
- Prepare subcontractor work schedules and provide input to the Project Superintendent in preparing and updating Project Construction schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment by implementing safety (OSHA) and risk management standards.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience as a multifamily or wood frame construction superintendent.
- Experience utilizing Timberline, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, risk management, and safety standards.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or related field, preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
