Fractional Growth & Business Development Lead for Foundation Management Services. Reports to Stephanie Ellis-Smith, CEO. Part-time, 12-month contract. Starting October 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and business development efforts for foundation management services
• Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and service offerings
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective foundations and partners
• Identify market opportunities and lead proposal development
• Collaborate with CEO on strategic growth initiatives
