The Role
As a Fractional Controller, you will lead high-impact, monthly 1-on-1 financial analysis calls with a portfolio of up to 45 law firm owners, teaching them how to read, understand, and use their financial data to scale their businesses.
Who You Are
- A rare breed with the technical authority of a veteran financial professional and the heart of a teacher.
- Experience advancing into a Controller or comparable leadership role, with a masterful command of financial statements, cash flow, forecasting, and controls.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain English to individuals with no financial background.
- Experience managing teams or departments, with a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and holding people accountable to performance metrics.
- Comfortable stepping outside the traditional accounting lane to advise on broader business ecosystems including HR matters, operations, and advisory initiatives.
- High responsiveness and commitment to elite client service, ensuring inquiries are answered within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
