FPPE Administrator - Project Analyst

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Establish project plans and conduct work team meetings.
Determine staff resource needs by assessing the size, duration, scope, and complexity of the project.
Determine, analyze, and formulate current practices, user needs, workflow processed, issues, and potential solutions.
Appraise alternative system and processes for workability and economic feasibility.
Serve as Business Services Department representative as a participating member of designated committees.
Provide the goals, problems, and solutions of the designated committees to/with Business Services Department management.

Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years’ experience in business, project, and/or healthcare required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field may substitute for required experience
  • Highly desired skills/knowledge: Epic; Compiling Reporting, Excel (including pivot tables), ICD 10 Coding
