Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate degree required; graduate/professional degree in finance, economics, planning, or related field preferred.
Experience: Two years’ work experience in real estate development, finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong candidates with a demonstrated entrepreneurial skillset are encouraged to apply regardless of prior work experience.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft suite.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Aid with financial feasibility analyses, underwriting, and development pro-formas for prospective and active projects.
- Prepare funding applications for public and private financing sources within strictly enforced deadlines with appropriate oversight.
- Assist with due diligence activities, including procurement and review of third-party reports.
- Cook up project documentation and closing deliverables for construction financing, permanent financing and investor approvals.
- Coordinate OAC meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
- Aid with construction administration, including preparation of monthly draw requests and review of construction related submittals.
- Maintain organized project files and development schedules.

- Coordinate with property management, compliance, accounting and construction management staff during final punch, lease-up and project stabilization.

- Occasional day and overnight travel required.
