FP Machine Operator (2nd Shift) - Tyson of Rogers

2nd shift, Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays (2:30 PM – 11 PM).

About the role

Operate the flat-pack machine: set up programs, calibrate, and adjust parameters to produce specified weights, cuts, and portions. Perform regular checks on meat and portions to monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Ensure continuous product flow through the production line and verify proper ingredients/supplies are used. Report machinery maintenance needs to supervisors while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months
• Applicants must reside in Benton, Washington, or Madison counties, Arkansas
• If previously employed at Tyson, a 180-day waiting period applies
• Maximum of two prior Tyson employments to be considered
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Certain roles require background checks
