FP Processing Line 2 Marination Operator PR05 (1st Shift) - Tyson of Rogers

Former Tyson Foods team members must wait 180 days (6 months) before reapplying. Applications will be considered from Washington, Benton, and Madison counties. A background check is required for certain roles.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with Saturdays
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (approximate)

Pay

$17.40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of products through the production process
• Ensure proper ingredients and supplies are used on the production line
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed; notify supervisor of maintenance requirements
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
• Ensure proper ingredients and quantities are used for marination formulas
• Maintain marination mix at proper temperature in accordance with specifications
• Complete Quality Assurance verifications and use handheld scanning devices to manage ingredient inventory
• Communicate issues to the Lead and/or Supervisor immediately
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Constantly climb stairs while carrying ingredients to dump into the marination tank
• Use basic math skills (adding and subtracting) to track pounds needed and dumped into the marination tank
• Obtain a pallet jack license within two weeks of starting the job

Requirements

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
