FP&A Manager, GTF Partnership Finance (Hybrid)

About the Role

Pratt & Whitney Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Partnership Finance has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic FP&A Manager. The Partnership group is responsible for possessing knowledge of existing partnership agreements, by which collaborators share in applicable revenues and expenses according to their respective contracts for the GTF product families. This role serves as the primary financial interface between Pratt & Whitney and our International Program Collaborators, providing quarterly financial forecast packages and addressing financial questions related to actual results and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage one of the GTF programs from a collaboration finance perspective, working alongside the accounting team to prepare and approve monthly actuals packages and quarterly forecast packages containing both financial and program-related information.
• Improve the performance of financial forecasting models and guide others on financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews with partners to answer questions and guide their financial accounting and planning decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with internal program support teams to ensure accurate reporting to collaborators while remaining compliant with regulations and contractual agreements.
• Prepare quarterly forecast packages for collaborators and manage the Q&A process, understanding the GTF business and financial impact of decisions/transactions.
• Support all aspects of financial close processes and provide financial guidance to PPO management.
• Drive process improvement, create standard work to promote efficiency, and support the development and implementation of improved controls across system processes.
• Act as a key member of a cross-functional team, interfacing with external collaborators and addressing cross-functional questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience with financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and statistical analysis for accuracy.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong MS Excel skills.
• CE Aftermarket knowledge.
• System knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Schedule

This is a hybrid role. Employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite, with responsibilities requiring regular onsite presence.
