FP&A Manager (Commercial Finance - GTM)
About the role
We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well-being. This role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers - while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work-life balance.
Responsibilities
iM Responsible For:
- GTM & Sales Finance: Maintaining and calculating ARR and NRR as the operational source of truth, supporting the Head of FP&A in reporting to Finance leadership and the GTM organization.
- Building and maintaining revenue models across GTM revenue streams — new bookings (ACV), renewals, expansions, upsell, cross-sell, and churn — to support forecasting and reforecasting led by the Head of FP&A.
- Producing pipeline-to-revenue reporting and bookings analysis in close partnership with Sales Ops, providing Finance's view of commercial performance.
- Preparing scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and ARR-to-revenue waterfall outputs to support GTM planning and Sales leadership conversations.
- Supporting Sales capacity and headcount planning — connecting quota-carrying headcount to revenue targets and modeling commission structure changes in partnership with RevOps.
- Tracking churn and expansion trends, identifying risks and opportunities within the customer base.
- Professional Services Finance: Building the early PS finance infrastructure — establishing reporting cadences and project-level profitability tracking across fixed-fee and Time & Materials (T&M) engagements.
- Maintaining budgeted vs. actual hours and costs, flagging at-risk projects early to support PS leadership discussions led by the Head of FP&A.
- Maintaining backlog health visibility and developing initial capacity planning models as the foundation for deeper PS finance partnership over time.
