About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-Level Consultant with a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and foundational accounting knowledge. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis
- Identify cost savings opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Communicate financial concepts effectively to all stakeholders from staff to executives
- Apply a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Forge deep relationships both internally through culture initiatives and externally through industry-leading hospitality efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in Big4/public accounting, consulting, and/or industry, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Some accounting experience or understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Experience in financial planning and analysis tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and some experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience in post-merger integration and financial consolidation is a plus
- Strong analytical skills

Pay
Typical compensation range of $140,000–$160,000. We match 50% up to 6% on our 401(k).
