About the role
The FPA Director oversees financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This includes developing financial models, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Conduct financial analyses to assess performance against budget and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies align with business objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Monitor financial trends and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial software Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
