- Coach students and early-career candidates pursuing roles in corporate finance
- Prepare mentees for recruiting through resume reviews, interview preparation, and guidance on financial modeling, forecasting, and planning processes
- Translate experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering into clear, practical guidance
Requirements
- FP&A experience at Fortune 500 companies or strong formal finance background
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within established organizations
- Ability to set one's own hours and rates
- Virtual hosting of coaching sessions
- Partnership with Leland’s team to deliver a high-quality coaching experience
