Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end FP&A rhythm of business, including the annual planning, forecasting and strategic planning processes (e.g., long-range planning).
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline existing processes, improve efficiency and enhance decision-making across the FP&A function.
- Develop actionable insights into the key drivers of business performance and deliver forward-looking financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis, performance monitoring and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead FP&A reporting for the parent company by consolidating financial results, business insights and executive-level commentary.
- Partner with the Data & Reporting team to enhance FP&A reporting, dashboards and analytical insights.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative discipline
- Relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis or a related business analysis role
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex data from multiple sources to support business objectives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and transformation
- Demonstrated team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating initiative, curiosity and sound judgment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, ERP systems and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude

- Competitive base salary ($80,000–$95,000), plus a performance-based bonus (10% target, 20% maximum)
