What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Genuine, active use of AI/LLM tools in your analytical work
- Manufacturing or SaaS industry background is a plus
About the role
This is a hands-on seat on a lean, growing finance team that's actively building AI-assisted workflows into everyday analytical work.
Responsibilities
- Own the rolling forecast and annual budget process
- Partner directly with department leaders on budget-to-actual analysis
- Have real input into the tools and processes the team uses going forward
Requirements
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Genuine, active use of AI/LLM tools in your analytical work
- Manufacturing or SaaS industry background is a plus

Pay
Base salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Schedule
Hybrid role based out of Eastern Washington, ideal for someone based in or open to regularly commuting from the broader Pacific Northwest
