About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves partnering with Finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights on profitability, pricing, forecasting, and operational performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Conducting profitability, margin, and break-even analyses
• Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Building and maintaining financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
• Extracting, cleansing, and analyzing data from ERP, CRM, BI, and other business systems
• Developing dashboards and automated reporting using modern analytics and visualization tools
• Leveraging AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate repetitive analyses, and enhance business insights
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Product, and Accounting
• Preparing monthly management reporting packages with meaningful commentary and recommendations
• Continuously improving FP&A processes through automation, technology, and best practices
• Supporting ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple business systems
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools is highly desirable
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred
• Demonstrated interest in AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar technologies) to improve business processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into business recommendations
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
