FP&A Analyst

About the role

DaVita is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team based in Denver, Colorado. This role supports the enterprise FP&A workstream, including the consolidation of the P&L, EPS, and Cash Flow models in Excel and Anaplan. The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Finance and will play a key role in providing transparency on the financial outlook to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and execute highly visible financial reports for C-level executives
• Develop financial models and perform analyses to support strategic decision-making for DaVita's executive leaders
• Support the annual enterprise-level budget and long-term strategic forecast processes, as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts for Wall Street earnings guidance
• Contribute to presentations for senior executives as needed
• Contribute to strategic, operational, financial, or special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 1+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, or equivalent certification (CFA, CPA), or advanced degree (Masters in Finance)
• Familiarity with financial statements, financial analysis, financial modeling, profitability analysis techniques, and analytical methods and software
• Experience with financial planning, accounting, or other database systems such as Anaplan, Hyperion Essbase, VBA, Python, or SQL

Pay and Schedule

• Salary Range: $57,784.00 - $85,000.00/year
