FP&A Analyst

An established company in Elkhart, IN is seeking an FP&A Analyst to assist with budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and financial planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Develop financial models and reporting tools
• Analyze financial data and business performance
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for leadership
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Assist with strategic planning efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with reporting software and ERP systems preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
