Foundry Production Supervisor

Role: Production Shift Supervisor overseeing foundry operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage a production team to ensure safe work practices, consistent casting quality, and timely delivery.Coordinate staffing and workflows to optimize production efficiency.Monitor process performance and promptly resolve equipment or quality issues.Drive 5S, continuous improvement, and training initiatives.Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to support reliable and efficient operations.Support team development and foster a safe, productive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience in manufacturing or foundry operations.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as 5S and continuous improvement.Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence.
