Foundry Production Supervisor

Role: Production Shift Supervisor Responsibilities Lead foundry operations producing gray and ductile iron castings.Oversee shift staffing, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.Manage troubleshooting of process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain 5S standards to promote a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.Coach team members to develop technical skills in a modern foundry setting. Qualifications & Skills Leadership experience in manufacturing or foundry environment.Strong understanding of casting processes and quality standards.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to foster safety culture and promote continuous improvement.Knowledge of 5S principles and lean manufacturing practices.
