Foundry Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a production team to ensure safety, quality, throughput, and delivery objectives are met.
• Coordinate staffing, monitor schedules, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop operators, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in foundry or metal casting environments.
