Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on facility mechanical systems and equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair foundry industrial equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair foundry mechanical equipment.
- Review and interpret machine-specific documentation, including equipment manuals and online technical resources.
- Maintain strong attention to detail when installing, servicing, or modifying equipment.
- Utilize specific precision tools (torque wrenches, feeler gauges, calipers, etc.) to ensure proper application and prevent equipment damage.
- Contact supervisor when additional support is required.
Qualifications
- Ace in Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two-to-four-year related experience and/or training; or documented equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Safety training including Arc Flash Training.
- The candidate must pass a company specific, Mechanical Specialist test.
Pay
$31.93 + $1.00 shift premium. $2,000 Retention Bonus!
