Roles & Responsibilities
- Design foundry tooling in Creo software using standards in place and best practices for No-bake molding process
- Resolve casting issues, re-gate, simulate, and perform all other tasks as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Foundry Engineer experience (Tools Quotation, Casting Scrap defects analysis & resolution, Foundry process knowledge, no-bake process, cold box process)
- Foundry tooling Design experience (Pattern and core boxes, Complex modeling, intuitive knowledge of P/L, offsets, clearances, layout in tool build, no-bake process, cold box process)
- Creo modeling and flow simulation analysis using SolidCast
- Machining print reading and geometric tolerance understanding
- Casting simulation experiences (SolidCast preferred)

Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 105,000 - 115,000 USD per year
