About the role

Join our mission-driven team building the future of HR. As a key member of the Athena team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that automate repetitive HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI models to automate HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with machine learning and natural language processing.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Passionate about using technology to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations.
