About the role
The Founding US Account Executive at Humaans will spearhead the company's expansion into the American market, focusing on selling the Athena AI agent to HR, Finance, and Operations leaders at high-growth companies.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing $100k+ deals.
- Define the US go-to-market playbook and turn early wins into repeatable revenue.
- Drive the full-cycle sales motion for Athena in the US, targeting HR, Finance, and Ops leaders at ambitious, high-growth organizations.
- Execute aggressive outbound strategies and discovery sessions to evangelize autonomous workflows and secure first-wave American customers.
- Collaborate directly with founders and product teams to refine positioning, narrative, and product direction based on US market feedback.
Requirements
- Bridging 4-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas in competitive environments.
- Expertise in closing complex $100k+ ARR deals and a "hunter" mindset comfortable building a pipeline from scratch without brand recognition.
- Deeply curious about AI and automation, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate technical value to executive audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with executives.
- Experience with AI and automation technologies, particularly in HR, Finance, and IT.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
