Founding Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Solutions Engineer to support our customers. Your work will power critical experiences on world-class products and brands.

Responsibilities

• Great communication skills; able to explain tech clearly to anyone.
• Experience in a tech role helping customers (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Tech Support).
• Strong problem-solving skills for tough technical issues.
• Skilled in frontend tech (JavaScript/TypeScript, React), APIs, and web technologies.
• A genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
• Good at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excited to use AI to automate customer experiences and how we work.
• Give top-notch technical support and solve customer issues quickly.
• Write sample code (React, TypeScript) and build customer demos.
• Work with customers to design and set up solutions that fit their systems.
• Guide new customers through technical onboarding for a smooth start.
• Create and update clear technical guides and documentation, using AI tools to help.
• Use AI and new tech to automate support, code, and setup tasks.
• You work well independently, even with unclear problems.
• You thrive in fast-changing, less structured environments.
• You love to deliver results, no matter the task.
• You have the ambition to be the best in your craft.
• You are excited about the problem we are working on and have an opinion about the problem/solution.
• 2+ years in a frontend technical role working with customers.
• You've worked at the same company for 1+ years.
• You have a strong grasp of web frontend tech (TypeScript/JavaScript, React).
• You have experience writing frontend code for integrations or demos and creating clear technical documents.
• You prioritize speed over perfection.
• You can explain difficult concepts to a 5 yr old.
• You can find common ground in tough scenarios.
• You are hungry to learn and grow extremely fast.
