About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge network designs and solve complex challenges in a dynamic environment. You'll be part of a team shaping the future of enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets spanning every layer of the network stack.
  • Manage and support complex customer networks, often remotely.
  • Identify and document product bugs, providing clear reproduction steps.
  • Create feature requests based on real customer needs.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation to improve time-to-resolution.
  • Act as a mentor and share your expertise to enhance the team's capabilities.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of networking technologies including wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS, etc.
  • A passion for improving the network experience for customers and delivering solutions that work seamlessly.
  • An analytical mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and energized by tackling unique problems.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both teammates and customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in network engineering, ideally in an enterprise setting.
  • Technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
  • Knowledge of network design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
