About the Opportunity

The Founding Support Engineer will step into a highly technical, high-leverage founding role engineered to sit at the absolute intersection of full-stack software development, security architecture, and high-touch enterprise customer engagement. This position takes complete hands-on ownership of the post-sale integration layer, deploying cutting-edge AI security products into highly complex, air-gapped, or hybrid enterprise environments. As a core early hire, this individual will not only troubleshoot deep protocol and systemic AI issues but will directly architect the foundational Solutions Engineering playbooks, internal product roadmaps, and support infrastructure, offering an unparalleled path toward founder-level ownership and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and execute the seamless integration of our core AI security platform into complex, highly restrictive enterprise network infrastructures
• Collaborate directly with enterprise technical champions, CTOs, and Security Architects post-sale to ensure total operational and technical success
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis on challenging, non-deterministic technical problems involving autonomous AI agents, multi-model protocol integrations, LLM orchestration layers, and modern security tools
• Act as the primary, high-fidelity technical liaison between enterprise customer teams and internal core R&D engineering to rapidly synthesize product feedback
• Formulate, scale, and define the forward-deployed solutions engineering function, establishing institutional playbooks as a critical early team member
• Develop custom scripts, automated monitoring configurations, and operational tooling to streamline client deployment pipelines
• Author exhaustive, production-grade technical documentation, integration guides, and internal architectural runbooks

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) to six (6) years of progressive, professional experience in a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role (such as Solutions Engineer, Forward-Deployed Engineer, Tier-3 Support Architect, or Site Reliability Engineer)
• Exceptional, elite candidates with fewer years of direct experience but an accelerated technical trajectory may be considered
• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, distributed systems, cryptography, or statistics, supported by a rigorous academic background
• Proven history of executing within high-velocity, early-stage startup environments or elite technical consulting firms with direct, high-stakes customer interaction
• Exceptional, full-stack programming and diagnostic skills (ideally across environments utilizing Python, Go, TypeScript, or modern cloud-native API abstractions)
• A consistent, proven professional work history showcasing long-term project dedication without frequent short-term job-hopping

Pay and Compensation

Target baseline compensation framework: Highly competitive base salary calibrated at approximately $180,000 USD per annum.
