About the Opportunity

The Founding Support Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for deploying and supporting the company's AI security platform within complex enterprise environments. Working closely with customers and internal engineering teams, this position leads post-sale integrations, resolves advanced technical issues, and helps build the company's solutions engineering function. As one of the company's earliest hires, this role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to influence product development and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate the AI security platform into enterprise environments.
• Partner with enterprise customers, including technical leaders and security teams, to ensure successful implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving AI agents, large language models (LLMs), security tools, and distributed systems.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Help establish and scale the company's solutions engineering processes and best practices.
• Develop scripts, automation tools, and monitoring solutions to streamline deployments.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Support Engineer, or Forward-Deployed Engineer. Exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience but strong technical expertise may also be considered.
• Strong background in computer science, distributed systems, cryptography, or related fields.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced technical consulting environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term technical solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Pay and Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Approximately $180,000 annually.
