Founding Strategic Projects Lead, AI Training

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of AI training projects from initial scoping to execution
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized contributor populations
• Recruit, onboard, and manage contributor communities with operational workflows
• Monitor project performance with key operational metrics for successful outcomes
• Manage project economics by balancing strategies, compensation, and timelines
• Act as the primary customer contact, translating requirements for contributors and updating on project status
• Identify and implement improvements for repeatable processes and scalable systems

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategic programs, or similar fast-paced roles
• Experience managing projects with large external workforces, preferably in AI training
• Strong project management and analytical skills to handle multiple priorities and operational metrics
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to build processes from scratch
• Excellent communication skills for customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with concepts related to AI training is preferred

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
