The Opportunity

Hedge is looking for a founding SDR who wants real ownership, unusually high upside, and a direct path into closing roles. You will turn a large market of independent insurance agencies into qualified conversations and measurable bound premium.

Compensation And Upside Target

  • OTE is $200K at an $80K base.
    • Base salary is $60K-$100K, creating a target cash range of $180K-$220K across the base range.
    • You will earn $50 for each held qualified meeting, with annual meeting pay capped at $15K, plus a $105K target revenue component and uncapped accelerators.
    • Equity is 0.10% at hire, with up to an additional 0.05% performance grant.
    • The annual target is $2.5M in sourced bound premium.

What You Will Own

  • Run disciplined, high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels
  • Research and prioritize agencies whose books fit Hedge's markets
  • Qualify for fit, urgency, decision process, and premium opportunity
  • Book meetings that advance into real submission and revenue opportunities
  • Maintain clean CRM data and build a repeatable outbound operating system
  • Work tightly with AEs, brokers, and marketing to improve conversion
