About the role

The Founding Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that align with company goals
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and optimize existing revenue streams to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
