About the role
The Founding Recruiter will own recruiting end to end and help build a world-class team at Virio, a startup building the next-generation B2B GTM stack.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Content, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role scope and hiring bar
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through outbound, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels
- Run first-round screens focused on culture, drive, and early-stage fit
- Design and iterate on hiring processes including interviews, take-homes, and in-person trials
- Maintain a tight, organized hiring pipeline with clear ownership and follow-through
- Act as a steward of Virio’s culture throughout the hiring process
- Build recruiting playbooks, scorecards, and systems that scale
- Move fast while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience

Pay
$375K–$625K Total Compensation (TC) | $135K-$200K base + $25K-$50K cash bonus annually
