Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation across engineering, go-to-market, and operations.
Manage role intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding handoff.
Actively source top talent through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and creative channels.
Tailor messaging to reflect evolving company needs and inspire interest in Silna.
Build deep pipelines for both current and future needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
Provide data-driven hiring insights to inform strategy.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey that reinforces our values — even for those we don’t hire.
Position Silna as a destination employer in competitive markets.
Initially focus on sourcing and closing; evolve into building scalable processes, tools, and metrics to reduce reliance on external sources.
Track and report on key metrics using data to support recruitment strategy.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth technology companies.
Proven success hiring across multiple functions, with strong technical recruiting skills.
Track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets.
Experience building recruiting processes and systems in fast-paced environments.
Data-driven, analytical mindset — uses metrics to optimize strategy and execution.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.) and sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Built recruiting functions from scratch at Series B–D stage companies (under 250 employees).
Experience in VC-backed SaaS environments.
Background in companies that doubled headcount within 18–24 months.
History of winning top talent from outside well-known employers.
