Founding Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Arrange and source top-tier talent across all departments through outbound strategies.
• Develop and enhance the candidate experience, ensuring each interaction aligns with company values and standards.
• Promote the employer brand through various channels like social media, events, and content.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, write job descriptions, and guide effective hiring processes.
• Advise on hiring priorities and ensure they align with team needs and recruitment goals.
• Continuously improve hiring operations, including interview processes, tools, documentation, and analytics.
• Contribute to building and maintaining company culture, supporting the team's growth and fostering a positive work environment.
• Support HR processes such as onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, and spend tracking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably at high-growth startups or reputable recruiting agencies.
• Proven ability to fill high-impact roles across various departments.
• Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building trust within teams.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, etc.
• A passion for company culture and people development.
• The ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
