Responsibilities

Grow and scale your personal production

Convert opportunities into closed transactions with confidence

Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process

Collaborate with in-house partners across mortgage, servicing, and insurance

Build relationships and expand your network through events and outreach

Help set the standard for culture, professionalism, and execution in a new market

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (required)
• Minimum 1+ year of production experience (more strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of your local market
• Proven ability to convert and close business
• High-level communication and negotiation skills
• Self-led, but thrives in a collaborative environment
