About the role

The Founding Operations Manager at Anthrogen.com is a high-impact role for future founders looking to build at the frontier of AI and biology. This position serves as the operational backbone, scaling the company from 9 to over 30 technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end hiring pipelines to grow the team from 9 to over 30 technical specialists.
• Establish and own all financial, legal, and vendor operations systems from scratch to support rapid scaling.
• Cook up and manage partner relationships and manage product releases, serving as the primary operational partner to the CEO.

Requirements

• Holds a STEM undergraduate degree (Math, CS, or Bio) with the quantitative rigor to engage with a deeply technical ML team.
• Demonstrates 2-7 years of experience in high-growth environments or entrepreneurial ventures with a clear path toward becoming a founder.
• Possesses a high degree of ownership and the ability to context-switch across complex functions in a fast-paced SF office environment.
