Founding Marketer / Head of Growth

About the role

We’re looking for a high-impact marketer to own distribution for AnswerThis, a platform used by more than 200,000 researchers. Net revenue grew 653% over the last year, and we need someone who can take ownership of growth to reach $10M ARR, then $100M. This role is for someone who identifies where attention is moving, runs experiments, kills weak ideas quickly, and doubles down when something works.

Responsibilities

• Own content, launches, partnerships, SEO, YouTube, communities, and new channels you can prove
• Run experiments, measure results, and scale what works
• Identify emerging attention channels before they become crowded

Qualifications

• Made content go viral more than once
• Built an acquisition engine from scratch
• Started a company and found distribution to be a core strength
• Proven ability to drive measurable growth

Location

San Francisco is preferred. Exceptional people elsewhere in the US should still apply.
