About TypeSafe We’re building prod, not god. TypeSafe is an AI lab pushing frontier model intelligence in a new direction, starting with System One Models. We combine the reasoning of LLMs with the reliability of code, for truly trustworthy AI. Our first model, Jev, launched in September 2026. About The Role You'll own how TypeSafe shows up in the world, from the story we tell to how developers and enterprises discover, adopt, and champion what we build. There's no team to inherit and no playbook to run. You'll work at all altitudes — setting the high-level strategy and then doing the tactical work yourself, from positioning down to the copy. What you'll own Narrative and content: shape the company blog, thought pieces, and our unique perspective on AI, and position our founders and researchers as leading voicesProduct marketing: define our category and translate deeply technical capabilities into messaging that developers resonate withBrand and channels: own our company brand, website, and social cadence across X and LinkedInLaunches and announcements: coordinate product releases and announcements from press to podcasts to eventsDemand generation: build developer and enterprise interest to build our pipeline We are looking for people who Have built a marketing function from zero at a start-up and can both set strategy and execute itAre tactically broad — can own narrative, launches, demand, and growth experiments across channels from social to SEO to emailHave 5+ years of professional expertise in high-performing teams, including under shifting and ambiguous environmentsWrite exceptionally well — clear, technical, and fastHave taste: know what's credible, what's hype, and what's prematureAre fluent in the AI industry, leverage tools yourself, and can credibly talk models and APIs with our engineers and researchersShow complete ownership — think at the level of goals, not tasks or ticketsSolve problems from both first-principles reasoning and a reservoir of lived experienceCare deeply about our mission and are driven to translate it into real-world impact Life at TypeSafe We’re a small, flat, close-knit team working to make intelligence dependable enough to become part of everyday software.
