What We’re Building

We are building the Operational Ledger by staying unusually close to the real work. Today, that means we do the accounting ourselves for a focused set of customers. This is not a go-to-market shortcut. It is how we learn where existing systems fail, where judgment is required, and where automation actually creates leverage. Because we operate directly on real financial data and real workflows, our iteration loop is tight. We solve concrete automation problems that exist today, not hypothetical problems framed around what AI might do someday. The product evolves directly from what breaks, what repeats, and what slows teams down in practice.

The Role

You’ll own the entirety of marketing as our first dedicated marketing hire.

  • Lead our marketing efforts. Plan and create high-quality content across all mediums — including blog, social, and email — including customer stories, launch posts, and thought leadership pieces.
  • You’ll make sure we break through the noise in this noisy AI era by creating differentiated content.
  • Own our brand. You will own and drive Quanta’s identity, tone of voice, and visual storytelling. You’ll build a finance brand people actually love, trust, and want to rally around. You’ll ensure Quanta feels consistent and compelling everywhere: website, product launches, events, community, and employer brand.
  • Build a new market category. We’re building a selling a category of tooling and outcomes that has not existed before as a single offering.
  • Build the marketing foundation. Stand up systems, processes, and strategy for content, analytics, and distribution.
  • Work across the GTM funnel. Partner with the team to shape messaging, surface insights, and support outbound and onboarding motions.
  • Expand your scope over time. As we grow, you’ll lead the charge in building out new functions and motions from 0 → 1.

About the Role

You will report directly to the CEO, work as GTM team with sales, and collaborate closely with design.

Qualifications

You’re a strong writer who loves turning complex ideas into crisp, engaging content. You’ve created content that broke through the noise and drove growth. You’ve worked in small teams, thrive in ambiguity, and get energy from starting with a blank page. You have a strong aesthetic taste for high quality content and brand.

Skills

  • Familiarity or experience with finance, SaaS, or B2B software
  • Familiarity with early-stage GTM motions (e.g. founder-led sales, outbound, high-touch onboarding)
  • Experience with GTM Engineering
  • Experience with SQL
