About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client. This opportunity is for a dedicated Marketing hire at a Series A AI infrastructure company. The CEO plans to do meaningful IC marketing work himself.
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Clearly communicate the technical value to the people who need to buy it.
- Build a content engine that educates developers and establishes the company as a credible voice in the market.
- Elevate founder and team voices across social media, events, and industry channels.
- Design programs that drive awareness and generate pipeline.
- Shape the company’s presence in the market as it scales.
- Support CTO dinners, developer events, industry conferences, and buyer/vendor programs.
- Create collateral, competitive talk tracks, and messaging frameworks that strengthen the go-to-market team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing in a B2B environment.
- Real experience marketing to technical buyers — engineers, VPs of Product, developer audiences.
- Strong product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launch.
- Exceptional writing — you can make a complex technical product feel clear and worth paying attention to.
- Experience building content that earns attention rather than just filling a calendar.
- Experience in developer tools, APIs, infrastructure software, or AI products is a strong plus.
