Founding Marketer

Quotient is building the AI marketing platform for B2B companies. We're a small team (6 people), seed-funded, and based in New York. We're looking for our first dedicated marketer to help build the engine that drives demand from first touch through close.

About the role

You'll work directly with the founders and flex across content, brand, campaigns, events, and whatever else moves the needle. One day you're writing a blog post, the next you're producing a webinar or putting together a one-pager for a sales call. Big personality required. This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute our content calendar across blog, LinkedIn, X, and email
• Write blog posts, newsletters, social copy, and campaign materials
• Help plan and run webinars, podcasts, and virtual events
• Support video production: scripts, short-form clips, product demos, social videos
• Contribute to brand and design work: social graphics, decks, one-pagers
• Run email marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable assets across channels
• Help shape our brand voice and positioning alongside the founders
• Track what's working and iterate fast

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, or a related field; internships count
• Strong writer: clear, punchy, no fluff
• Comfortable across multiple formats: written, video, audio, and design
• Takes direction well and executes fast
• Big personality that shows up in your work
• Hungry, curious, and not afraid to try new things
• Experience with or enthusiasm for AI tools is a big plus
• B2B or SaaS experience is nice to have, not required
