Founding Marketer
MintMCP helps companies put agents to work safely. We build the infrastructure that allows a company's work to be run by agents, starting with trust. Our first product is an MCP gateway that provides governed access to company data and tools, ensuring agents have only the permissions they need for their tasks. From there, we're building the rest of the agent stack: connectors, monitoring, sandboxing, long-running agents, and memory, aiming to become the system a company's work runs on.
We are an AI-native startup where everyone uses Claude and Codex daily, and we have more agents than employees. These agents run in Slack alongside the team, handling sales, marketing, deal ops, and engineering. Since launching in February 2026, we've grown to 40+ paying customers, including Coursera, Arlo, and Braze, with backing from Cowboy Ventures, Coatue, and notable angels like Frederic Kerrest (Okta), Michael Grinich (WorkOS), Andrej Karpathy, Jeff Dean, and Scott Belsky.
About the role
You will own how MintMCP grows, turning heavy inbound demand into measurable, repeatable pipeline across self-serve and sales-assisted motions. You’ll shape positioning for a technical buyer and drive demand gen across SEO, AEO, paid, and content. Responsibilities include running a webinar series, campaign experiments, building outbound with the AE team, and owning the lifecycle from signups to pipeline. You’ll also manage key metrics: channel performance, CAC, payback, and forecasting.
This role is unique because you’ll orchestrate a fleet of agents to handle research, enrichment, sequencing, follow-up, content drafts, and reporting, allowing one marketer to cover more ground than a traditional team. Agents take on repeatable work, so you can focus on strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Turn inbound demand into measurable, repeatable pipeline for both self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
- Own positioning and messaging for a technical buyer, ensuring campaigns resonate with engineers, security leaders, and AI leaders.
- Run demand generation across SEO, AEO, paid, lifecycle, and content channels, identifying the highest-leverage levers.
- Manage a webinar series and a steady stream of campaign experiments to optimize funnel performance.
- Build outbound motion from the ground up in partnership with the AE team.
- Own the lifecycle that converts signups, trials, and security reviews into pipeline.
- Track and analyze funnel metrics, including CAC, payback, and forecasting, to guide team planning.
- Orchestrate a fleet of agents to automate research, enrichment, sequencing, follow-up, content creation, and reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel, design experiments, ship them quickly, and analyze results to iterate.
Requirements
- Built a growth marketing function from zero at an early-stage B2B company, ideally in dev-tools, infrastructure, or security.
- Proven track record of turning messy demand into measurable pipeline, with clear metrics to demonstrate impact.
- Strong positioning and messaging instincts for technical buyers, with the ability to engage engineers, security leaders, and AI leaders.
- Experience running demand gen across multiple channels (SEO, AEO, paid, lifecycle, content) and selecting the right lever for the moment.
- Managed both self-serve PLG and sales-assist motions into a buying committee, understanding the distinct plays required for each.
- Fluent in attribution, funnel analytics, and modeling CAC, payback, and forecasting.
- Deeply AI-native, with experience using agents to multiply your own productivity.
- Built or directed agentic workflows, not just used AI tools, and excited to run a fleet of agents as your team.
- Thrive in environments where the playbook doesn’t exist yet—able to decide priorities, ship quickly, measure results, and pivot without a mature org.
