Responsibilities

• Drive 0→1 GTM for our B2B AI Recruiting product, land early customers and build brand position & awareness from scratch
• Define Jobright's positioning, messaging, ICPs, and core narrative
• Build the content & brand engine from zero: pillars, cadence, voice, social, blog, newsletter, events
• Drive organic growth — SEO, PR, partnerships, lifecycle, community
• Partner with founders and sales: pitch, decks, case studies, objection assets, onboarding & nurture
• Turn customer wins into proof points the market can't ignore
• Use AI tools aggressively. Ship daily

Qualifications

Required

• 1+ year of GTM experience on a B2B AI or SaaS product
• True generalist across brand, content, product marketing, growth, and demand generation, with equal strength in strategy and execution
• Founder mindset, with full ownership and a bias to close problems instead of escalating them
• High bar for writing, narrative, and craft, with the willingness to defend it
• Comfort with speed and ambiguity, and the ability to move before the plan is perfect

Preferred

• Prior experience as a Founding Marketer at an early-stage startup, or a background as a founder yourself
• Relevant experience in the recruiting, HR-tech, or talent space
