Founding Growth Engineer

About the role

This role is not focused on SEO, paid acquisition, or managing existing funnels. Instead, it involves building and scaling growth initiatives organically.

Responsibilities

• Own the number of tests live and patients added each quarter.
• Identify and develop new channels, such as communities, podcasts, and creator relationships.
• Build referral loops and optimize the patient acquisition process.
• Create landing pages and funnel tests, writing copy and executing experiments.
• Write and automate queries for data analysis and insights.
• Ensure all marketing complies with FTC guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
• Ship growth hacks and experiments without waiting for approval.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in growth, organic acquisition, partnerships, or founding growth roles.
• Background in healthcare, particularly in telehealth, pharmacy, or supplements brands.
• Experience working at companies like Hims, Ro, Hone, or Maximus.
• A strong understanding of rules for marketing prescription telehealth in the US (FTC truth-in-advertising, no medical claims).
• Proficiency in Claude Code, writing detailed workflows and automations.
• Ability to make decisions based on data and signals from patient interactions, support tickets, and other metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in men's health, hormone optimization, sexual health, or longevity.
• Experience building and optimizing growth strategies in healthcare.
• Comfort with asynchronous communication and operating outside standard business hours.

Skills

• Expertise in Claude Code for automating tasks and creating tools.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis.
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines and HIPAA regulations for healthcare marketing.
