About the role
This role involves designing and implementing growth experiments across the entire product funnel from acquisition to activation, building cross-product features, developing growth strategies, optimizing conversion rates, creating tools for better user onboarding and engagement, and leading growth initiatives that span marketing, product, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth experiments across our entire product funnel from acquisition to activation
- Build cross-product features like billing systems, onboarding flows, and signup optimization tools
- Develop growth strategies and measurement frameworks to guide experimentation and evaluate success
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights
- Create tools and systems that enable better user onboarding and engagement across products
- Growth initiatives that span marketing, product, and engineering
Requirements
- Have engineering experience with comfort across the entire tech stack
- Have b2b sales or consulting experience with significant past impact
- Be entrepreneurially minded and able to work independently to identify and solve growth opportunities
- Have product and design intuition to create user-facing features that drive engagement
Qualifications
- Have founder or startup experience and understand the full business context
- Be skilled at data analysis and able to craft hypotheses, measure significance, and interpret results
- Have GTM experience
- Be curious and scrappy with a willingness to learn as needed
