Health Harbor is seeking a skilled backend engineer to join our dynamic team. This position involves automating insurance billing through generative AI.
About the Role
We are a rapidly growing startup focused on simplifying healthcare by automating insurance billing. Our current priorities include building a tiered language model solution and debugging prompts to ensure accurate information retrieval.
Responsibilities
- Build a tiered LLM based solution to handle calls and logic.
- Debug and analyze prompts to ensure correct information retrieval.
- Set up a test/evaluation system for LLM-based processes to track and measure progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Experience with Google Cloud and Python.
- Passionate about healthcare and excited to contribute to its improvement.
- Willingness to work 70 hours per week due to the fast-paced nature of the project.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with generative AI and natural language processing.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguous problems.
